Admission and Stay
Only students or working professionals are eligible to stay at Shripad PG. Proof of identity and occupation (such as a student ID or work ID) is required at the time of admission.
Room allocation will be based on availability. Requests for specific rooms or roommates will be considered but cannot be guaranteed.
Rent once paid is non-refundable, except in special cases at the discretion of the management.
House Rules
Visitors are allowed only during designated visiting hours and must register at the reception. Visitors of the opposite gender are not allowed inside the residential areas.
Residents are expected to maintain cleanliness in their rooms and common areas. Any damage to property due to negligence or misuse will be charged to the resident.
Consumption of alcohol, smoking, or any other intoxicants is strictly prohibited within the premises. Violating this rule will result in immediate eviction.
Please maintain a peaceful environment. Loud music, parties, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
Safety and Security
Shripad PG is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings. Residents are advised to lock their rooms and safeguard valuables.
24/7 security and CCTV surveillance are in place for the safety of residents. All residents must cooperate with security staff and adhere to safety protocols.
In case of medical or other emergencies, residents must immediately inform the management.
Termination of Stay
Residents must provide at least 30 days' notice before vacating. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the security deposit.
Management reserves the right to evict any resident for violations of the house rules, non-payment of rent, or any behavior that endangers other residents.
Amendments
Shripad PG reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Residents will be informed of any changes via notice boards or email.
